Sayoc Instructor, Kevin Estela, has written another great piece, The Bill of All Trades, for Tactical Life Magazine about retired Navy SEAL and expert trainer, Bill Rapier.
Bill enlisted in the Navy right out of high school and served for 20 years.
He now is the owner of American Tactical Shooting Instruction, competes regularly in the 30-60 mile adventure race called the Darrin Fink Sniper Adventure Challenge, and is a husband and father of six!
