About the Sayoc Instructor List
Sayoc is a constantly evolving system, therefore all Sayoc Instructors undergo an annual test and assessment of their skills to renew and secure their rank. Only the current licensed Sayoc Instructors listed below are recognized as receiving the most up-to-date Sayoc material and training.
Sayoc material is much more than memorizing and even applying fighting techniques or curriculum, a licensed Sayoc Instructor understands group dynamics, structure, teaching protocol, situational awareness and continues to develop essential skill sets that are often overlooked or under-developed in martial arts.

Former Instructors and Sabbaticals:
Removal from the Tribe is never taken lightly and occurs when:
- One can no longer maintain your commitments to the Tribe
- One can not fulfill the responsibilities of your Title and Rank
- One’s moral values are not aligned with the Tribe
- One chooses to follow another path in conflict with the Tribe
- One loses the trust of their Tribe
- One’s personal burdens and addictions jeopardized the Tribe
- One’s personal gain, greed, and power has corrupted their morals values
Former Instructors
- Removal from the Instructors List
- Rank and title will be void
- Acknowledgment and privilege from the Tribe will cease
Sabbatical
- If you are placed on sabbatical, you will maintain your current status until sabbatical ends
- If you put yourself on sabbatical, you will lose 2 ranks for every year absent
