Description
“The Time has come – The Art of the Blade” was a phrase that Pamana Tuhon Sayoc, Sr propagated decades ago
Designer, Tuhon Rafael Kayanan, and blade smith, Tuhon Carl Atienza’s last collaboration with Pamana Tuhon Chris Sayoc, Sr: The Sayoc Pintado Kris premiered in October of 2018 under the One Tribe Blades brand.
This blade stands as the most researched blade of its kind; hundreds of real, pre-1900 krises, from collections and numerous museum visits, were handled and measured by the Sayoc Tribe in order to accurately implement the lessons earned and passed on to us.
Like all the blades that shall be released from the Sayoc Pintado line, the blade will utilize modern materials, sleek compact dimensions, and provided with specialist expertise and blade-making technology. The new models will further broaden the level of choice for Sayoc customers.
