Description
Interested in mag-coupling options but don’t want to be tied to a particular magazine manufacturer?
Introducing the “Mag Dawg”
The Mag Dawg is a non-proprietary magazine coupler that works with virtually any AR15 type magazines, AK47, as well as other intermediate cartridge magazines.
Coined by Tuhon Bong Atienza, the “Mag Dawg” was invented by friend to Sayoc, Andres Cruz. This flexible ammunition magazine coupling device that allows it to connect together ammunition magazines with a range of shapes and sizes from different manufacturers.
Andres has over 15 years of product development experience and has developed products for large industrial firms such as Base 10 Systems, Motorola, Honeywell International, and Fidelity Technologies Corporation
The Mag Dawg is composed of loops of a patent-pending thermoplastic compound so that the loops are side-by-side and are spaced from one another in order to clear the magazines from either the firearm or any protrusions from the magazines themselves, allowing the usage of one of the magazines in the firearm itself. The use of an elastic material allows for the loops to adjust to a range of various magazines and apply the friction and tension from the material to hold the magazines in place.
The simple, durable design and low price point makes the Mag Dawg an ideal tool for those times when a mag-coupler is needed.
