Travel Documents

Please get with your individual groups, get all itinerary, lodging, vehicle, and contact information and keep the below spreadsheet up-to-date:

Attendee Itinerary and Travel Doc ->

Low-Signature – We want to blend into the community

  • Blend in
    • Movement
    • Talk
    • Appearance
  • Movement
    • Get your supplies, gas, coffee, snacks somewhere near your hotel. As opposed to the entire group hitting the same WaWa down the street from the site, for example. This will spread out our footprint and not over-run any one single establishment
    • If you get what you need ahead of time, this will reduce in/out at the site, which helps security know if/when new people arrive
    • Same thing for restaurants. If more than one group is going to the same restaurant, spread out your times of arrival/entry. This will help not overrun the restaurant
  • Talk
    • Be aware of how you are communicating and moving through areas as a group
    • If there are several groups in a restaurant, and you are all talking to each other, it draws attention
  • Appearance
    • Don’t wear rigs, training gear, etc out off the site
    • Wear standard clothes off site. Either change your shirt or wear a cover shirt over your Sayoc shirt
Get a rental car that fits in with the location – mid size SUV or something of that nature

Security / Medical / Communications

  • Radios – see packing list for standard radio model
  • Security team will be ready and monitoring site and vehicles
  • We need guys for security – contact Nick Stevens or myself to get signed up
    newenglandfma@gmail.com
    jp@sayoc.com
  • Medical Team will be ready and monitoring attendees for any health related issues
