    Intro to cross body Tapping drill

    Pendulum Tapping and Corkscrew Tapping
    Talking about how they work and the distance between the two. Talked about wrist notch to wrist notch, your body structure, level changes. Using a stick to show knee and chin alignment. Intent during training and how it applies to your drills. Talking about the Bad Hand during Tapping and routes followed by SameSide Tapping talk.
