    Tribe,

    Class Attendees;

    Ron Frazer
    Craig Hughes
    Justin Reese
    Justin Tate
    Keith
    Ethan
    Mike Murray
    Eric Barker

    Class material;

    Before class started I delegated to Ron Frazer to help students with salute burning reps as a group as people started showing up to class. I went out to the gym area and went over again the material I wanted to cover and cleared my mind prepping for an outstanding class! I was way more calm then I had been in the previous classes. I again felt in the flow, the stream, with the 10K HANDS!!!! at my back!

    Class started on time with me burning reps with the group of the Sayoc salute. We formally began class and went over he protocols for newer students having prior student demonstrate and show blade drop and blade pass protocols. I had the group passing blades around. Single and doubles.

    Went over Vital Template Concepts and Feeder / Receiver definitions.

    Worked the right hand template in series of three cuts. The new students I had start in reactionary gap forward grip. Prior students I had start outside reactionary gap and enter with their blade already out by doing a blade flip as the entered with the first cut.
    Went over the next three cuts (4,5,6) same way
    I then had them running cuts 1-6 switching partners the whole time.
    Ran cuts 7,8,9 by themselves
    Put all the cuts together running 3 of 9 Vital Template

    Ran 3 of 9 with blade flip in between each cut.

    Then had them circle up running 3 of 9 solo while one of them ran inside the circle from person to person getting one vital cut ( 3 of 9 ) on one person then moving on to the next.

    I then broke the group up to brand new students and students who had previously been exposed to the 3 of 9 right hand template.

    The new students I had working 3 of 9 from a laying / standing position. Feeder all the way standing, Feeder with right knee on Receiver, Feeder with left knee of Receiver, Feeder switching knees with each cut of 3 of 9.

    I ha previous students working 3 of 9 left hand template. Worked same formula with right hand 3 of 9 working in series of three cuts at a time
    (1,2,3 4,5,6 7,8,9) They then put the left hand template together at the end. Class ended on time with some pictures!!!!
