Attendance: TBC, Dave, Jake, Katie, Jenny

    Drilled basic tapping:

Jenny + Katie: Pendulum & Corkscrew taps, keeping feeder true to her targets.

Dave + Jake: Micros of 4 basic taps, focusing on footwork, body positioning, and control points for pins.

    Discussion:

Feeder/Receiver mentality application in daily activities VS application in training and how one feeds into the other. The difference between “passiveness” and “aggressiveness”… IS there a difference? Does one or the other make a “feeder/receiver”? Can a feeder be passive and a receiver be aggressive? Yes. Awareness and intention determines the difference.

    “Frozen Lake” concept & LOT.
