Dbl sticks – Punyo always tip on on every drill especially when striking stick is tip off during motion
4ct Dbl sticks (hi-lo) – sh mounted, mvmt & level change
– 2 vs 1, 1 has dbl while 2 has single
6ct stick (hi-lo-hi, 3ct f/R, 3ct f/L) – top of sh & epsilateral chamber pos, mvmt & level change
– roof, lo, hi
– hi (crossover), lo, flywheel
– 1 stick wall block ag all strikes
– 2 stick wall block ” ”
– 1 stick uppercut ” ”
– hi, lo, uppercut. Var: move in during uppercut w/other stick striking mid/lowline f/chambered position. Mvmt is towards base corners of fdr2’s male triangle.
Fdr1 vs fdr2 1stick – fdr1 hub enter in to stick grab takeaway.
Stick vs stick – tip on, fdr1 thrust to illicit blocking response, fold to t/inside after tactile contact & strike w/slash or punyo as you enter in to 2hand stick brace, slamming t/stick to the side & sh/neck region.
-move to a triangle stick choke.
-if fdr2 turns towards fdr1, brace fdr2’s head ag sh & apply stick pressure ag back of fdr2’s neck. Shift your body back to bring fdr2’s head fwd & down to slam into t/ground.
From a 50/50 position (fdr1 has stick): fdr2 kick out hips back & lower stance to prevent fdr1 gaining leverage, R stick swings to front of fdr2 to apply pressure to fdr2’s R tri/armpit for control.
50/50 pos – (fdr2 has stick): fdr1 L underhook while R frees itself by either placing thumb on fdr2’s lower bi TP or elbowing back to loosen stick grip:
1) Place R foot on outside of fdr2’s L foot, bring your head underneath fdr2 R arm & shuck over.
2) or turn around, place L foot on outside fdr2’s L foot, bring your head to t/fdr2’s L side & throw them down.
