    Attendance: TBC, Dave K., Robert, Patrick, Jenny

    WARM UP: Chambers & switches (1-4 sticks in a hand)

    Review ENTRY (staying tip-on)
    – “Dollar bill” style slip into the entry

    STICK GRAPPLING:

    Review:
    – From Double-palm down high-control position: Forearm strike to occipital bone into front headlock.
    From front headlock:
    + Follow up with neck “lever crush”
    + Cheek “lever crush”
    + Eyeball “lever crush”

    – From neck “lever crush” use Royal Guard to sweep the legs into a frontal take down

    – From high-control position: Feeder goes into leg takedown, receiver pulls stick up, feeder allows, putting one end under armpit and locking receiver’s arm behind their back.
    + If receiver manages to remove arm, feeder follows with a triangle neck choke.

    – From high-control position: Receiver turns to face feeder (50/50 over-hook position), feeder does a tricep lock with simultaneous touch point.
    + Receiver goes for double leg takedown, feeder transitions to guillotine-style choke w/stick.

    – From 50/50 over-hook position – Feeder transfers stick to the hand that has the over-hook and place on the base of the neck, the under-hook hand moves on top of the shoulder to grab other end of the stick, apply downward and forward pressure to crush structure of cervical spine.
