Kabilugan warm up: 1 round = 3 min on dummy / 3 min no dummy (3 rounds total, 1 min rest; level changes, grip switches, depth change, body mechanics for power and movement)
Stick Entry: Receiver goes tip-off/ wing thrust / arm pin (or OSH thrust) / angle 2 strike / lockdown / 2 neck strikes / triangle choke / strike / spiral out with strikes & thrusts
Stick Entry Variation: Pez dispenser x 2 (attribute building) / focus on forearm in tactile with Receiver face & nose
OSH modifier / training partner simulates tip-off
Stick Fight Flow: enter upon Receiver tip-off / flow to control positions and finishes
Frequently Used: Stick Entry / Triangle / Tricep Lock / Tricep Lock to Strip & Strike / Pez Dispenser / Neck Strikes to Headlock with 2 Punyo Finishes / Receiver grabs stick to Arm Lock & Choke flow / Low Line takedown to Calf Lock (spiraling around body to flip Receiver onto his belly) / behind Receiver’s back transition to Neck Crank / Stick Push Off to Mendez Tie Up (w/ switch to overhand grip)
NOTE: thrusts worked very well on entries and as counter to entries
Modifier: 2 beats out / ID reactionary gap & tip off / close for entry
