    Kabilugan (Circle Strike System) / Redonda Isa Template (1st Set of Kabilugan system)

    1. Collar-bone to hip (Right hand)
    2. Collar-bone to hip (Right hand)
    3. Hip to collar-bone (Right hand)
    4. Collar-bone to hip (Right hand)
    5. Hip to hip (Right hand)

    6. Collar-bone to hip (Left hand)
    7. Collar-bone to hip (Left hand)
    8. Hip to collar-bone (Left hand)
    9. Collar-bone to hip (Left hand)
    10. Hip to hip (Left hand)

    RANGES

    A. Long range (Lunge)
    [Switch behind the head]
    B.Long range
    [Switch behind the back]
    C. Medium range
    [Switch behind the back]
    D. Medium range
    [Switch behind the knees]
    E. Close Range / Low
    [Switch behind the knees]
    F. Close Range / Low

    GRIPS

    1. Single-hand grips
    2. Double-handed grip
    3. Close double-handed grip (aka. “handcuff” grip)

    KABILUGAN DRILLS:

    1. Practice Kabilugan template running through all ranges and switches.
    2. Kabilugan template, including ranges and switches, adding speed.
    3. Free flow with various ranges, switches, and grips.

    STICK CONDITIONING EXERCISES:

    1. Single-stick bone-crushers
    2. Double-stick bone-crushers
    3.Vertical single-stick plank
    4. Vertical double-stick plank
    5. Double-stick “T” plank
    6. Angled single-stick plank
    7. Angled double-stick bone-crusher plank
