    4-16-2016 Attendance: TBC, Dave, Darryn, Patrick, Jenny, Mike

    Receiver Grip:
    1. Heart – 2on1 rev
    2. R subclavian – 2on1 rev
    3. R-L mid thyroid – 1on1 rev
    4. L subclavian – 2on1 rev
    5. R jugular – 2on1 rev
    6. R jugular tug out – 2on1(snake head) fwd

    4-19-2016 Attendance: TBC, Darryn, Kevin, Jake

    Receiver Grip:
    1. Heart – 2on1 rev
    2. R subclavian – 2on1 rev
    3. R-L mid thyroid – 1on1 R rev
    4. L subclavian – 2on1 rev
    5. R jugular – 2on1 rev
    6. R jugular tug out – 2on1(snake head) fwd
    7. Opp throws L punch – elbow flexor cut to FA thrust. 1on1 L fwd. If no punch, run rev C-cut.
    8a. Kidney – 2on1 rev
    8b. Kidney – 1on1 L rev, R elbow break

    Exercise involving isolation of #1 & #2. Starts when fdr2 already has a 2on1 grip. Strength & struggle exercise of how to get to your target. Fdr1 cannot use freehand or employ counter tactics.
