I am way behind on doing my class notes.

    4/12/15
    Blair, Rick, Brian, and myself

Blair and Rick repped the transition drills we know.

I repped with Brian (newer guy) on 3 of 9 and TD 1.

Brian needed some help with closing seams and getting his tapping right, so we stepped back and worked on that for a bit.

We then switched to working on 7 Count Palusot Drill for an upcoming trip to the north. Blair and Rick repped counters and counter-counters. I started by teaching Brian the template and then the receiver counters. We did not have a chance to get him doing feeder re-counters.

    Receiver Counters:
    1. Low line strip off right arm
    2. Hoagie Grip
    3. High line strip or return to senders middle thyroid if they do not stiffen up
    4. Low line strip off left arm (also showed return to sender kidney options from here)
    5. Left arm point deflection to camcorder grip for return to kidney
    6. Wrist lock
    7. Wrist lock, elbow, neck cut, kidney thrust.

Will type up a more verbose version after tomorrows class.
