    In attendance: TBC, Guro Ervin, Dave, Darryn, Patrick, Jenny & MC.

    Continuing from last class, we warmed up with bld & longbld entry f/t/previous session. T/rest of t/class we focused on long bld/shield work. We continued running similar drills w/constant emphasis on tip-on, closing t/seams upon entry & exit, displacing t/opp & 2-stepping non-linearly. We also learned about using t/different sides of t/shield you can use to maintain a closed seam when thrusting (ex: placing long bld on top of shield while encountering low line attacks).

    MC worked on 3o9 L & R & also feeding/tapping.
