    Attendance: TBC, Dave, Darryn, Kevin, Robert, Jenny, Jake

    KABILUGAN / REDONDA ISA:

    – Warm up doing kabilugan

    – Team Tactics (groups of 3)
    – Rep comms and movemnt
    + modifier: Against driving force (Group rotates, switching point man)
    – Rotating point man against the dummy

    Discussion: Importance of comms, maintaining tactile, training, reps, and how 10K hands helped to develop comms the way it currently is.

    Class isn’t meant to tell us what formula is wrong or correct, but to teach us HOW to create the formulas that best fit ourselves.
