    1/24/15
In attendance: Tuhon Raf(TRaf), Tuhon Brian(TBC), Dave, Darryn, Robert B, Patrick & Jenny.

TBC discusses the concept of “Bothoan”, encouraging us to view the article on the site that Pamana Tuhon wrote awhile back.

TRaf talks regarding learning – “shot glass or ocean”. You come to class open minded with an empty cup to fill with knowledge and learning. Are you bringing a shot glass or an ocean to fill as your cup?

    1/25/2015 AK
In attendance: Tuhon Carl (TCA), Silak Diane, Guro Leo (GLM), Phil, Dave, Darryn, Kevin, Jenny.

    Warm up running Longblade Evo.

Longblade Evo moving with stalker. 2 on 1 – fdr1(initiator) & stalker vs fdr2(finisher). Stalker stands behind fdr1 trying to get to fdr2. Fdr2 goal is to run evo moving around in order to stack up fdr1 & stalker.
TCA stressed the importance of having a quiet footwork during the drill. Soft, ninja-like stepping result in a better balance, as each step is consciously controlled.

Longblade Evo Knife set. Ideal for large knives.
