    Drills:
    Beginner with an alternating returning student:
    Cross Hand Tapping (Beginner Receiving):
    1 Beat feed
    2 Beat feed
    3 Beat feed

    Focus on framing, closing seams, and positioning.

    Returning students:
    Free Flow Cutting
    Feed cut combinations blueworm > flywheel to abdominal aorta and perineum > femoral

    Talked about being inside the Reactionary Gap on the third beat.

    Everyone:

    Reverse Flywheel > Crown Shot > Jab
    Receiver: Jap > Cross > Jab
